REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
  • We offer a 30-day window from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to us at 202 Lucas Street, Sycamore, IL 60178.
  • To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Apparel and accessories must be unworn and unused with tags attached (if applicable). You are always free to play the clubs, but any custom stamping, paint fills, reshafts, regrips, or other alterations will void the return policy.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the 10% restocking fee. If you selected store credit or the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue a gift card for the refund amount. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank/card provider to post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can correct the issue.
