Please understand that we are a small business of passionate golfers doing everything we can to offer the highest quality, best performing, and fairest priced products in the golf industry. We are proud to stand behind our products with exceptional customer service and we want you to be happy that you gave us your business.

REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
  • We offer a 30-day window from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to us at 202 Lucas Street, Sycamore, IL 60178.
  • To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Laser engraved items cannot be returned and all sales are final. Apparel and accessories must be unworn and unused with tags attached (if applicable). You are always free to play the clubs, but any custom stamping, paint fills, reshafts, regrips, or other alterations will void the return policy.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the 10% restocking fee. If you selected store credit or the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue a gift card for the refund amount. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank/card provider to post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can correct the issue.
We offer a 12-month warranty for issues that arise during the normal course of play. Please contact us at [email protected] or 877-267-7093 to submit a warranty request.

Please note that laser engraved clubs are not eligible under our return policy. All laser engraved purchases are final.
